Balancing The Throat Chakra

The Vishuddha is the 5^th Chakra and is also known as the Throat Chakra and is symbolized by a white circle within which is a silver crescent with 16 PALE BLUE or TURQUOISE petals.  This Chakra is located at the base of the neck in the throat.

Unblocking and balancing assist us to communicate better and freely, which results in feeling more centred and happy. We are therefore then able to connect to our higher guidance when we engage in meditation.  Some activities that help balance this Energy Centre include Screaming, Singing and of course, gargling with salt water.
