Balancing The Brow ("Third Eye") Chakra

The Ajna is the 6^th Chakra and is also known as the Third Eye Chakra or the Brow Chakra and is symbolized by a Lotus with two petals and is the colour INDIGO or DEEP BLUE.  This Chakra is located in the middle of the forehead, linking the eyebrows.

Unblocking and balancing assist in our sixth sense working well and makes us feel in control and having the courage to do what we set our minds to.  Some activities that help balance this Energy Centre include Lucid Dreaming and Visualization.
