Balancing The Crown Chakra

The Sahasrara is the 7^th Chakra and is also known as the Crown Chakra and is symbolized by a multi coloured 1000 petalled lotus and is represented by the colour VIOLET or WHITE.  This Chakra is located at the top of the head or crown area.

Unblocking and balancing assist in our self-confidence soaring and being able to accept guidance from our highest guidance instead of being ego influenced.  A balanced 7^th Chakra allows energies invited to be dispersed downward into the lower six Chakras.  Some activities that help balance this Energy Centre include Praying and Meditation.
